What payment methods are accepted on FashionFusion?
We accept payments by credit card (VISA), mobile money (ORANGE and WAVE), and payment on delivery.
What is your delivery policy?
We offer free delivery from 50,000 FCFA of purchase.
What are the delivery times ?
Our delivery times are 24 working hours in Abidjan and from 48 hours for the rest of the country.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied in Abidjan?
We care about your satisfaction and we accept returns for any order placed on FashionFusion. We offer you the possibility of checking the order upon delivery and not recovering the item if it does not meet your expectations. In this case, you will only pay the delivery costs and the order will be canceled.
It is important to note that after the delivery person has left, we can no longer accept returns, but we always offer the possibility of changing the item within 24 hours of delivery if it is not suitable.
For orders paid by mobile money, we offer an immediate refund if the item has not been collected on delivery after verification of the order by the customer. However, once the item has been collected by the customer, it is no longer refundable but can be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Can I return a shipped item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return a shipped item if you are not satisfied.
For shipped orders, we offer an immediate refund if the item has been returned within the next 24 hours following receipt of the order and after verification of the item by our customer service.

What should I do if I received a defective item?
Contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the defective item. We will take steps to send you a replacement item.

Did you get the wrong size and want to change after confirming your order?
We invite you to urgently contact our Customer Service for the desired size so that the item can be replaced.
How do I use a promo code for my order?
On your payment page, you are invited to enter a promo code if you have one, by clicking on “Enter discount code” before validating your basket.
